This is a jump start programme to get you going on the best foot for summer. Learn what foods will support you during the two weeks and take this knowledge forward.

Nourishment
My delicious food plan is based on the principles of balancing your blood sugar levels and incorporating some specific medicinal foods that help regulate hormones.

Learning about how hormones work in your body and (even more importantly) learning how to read the signs your body is sending you. There will be short daily insights into the functional foods that support hormone balance.

Making changes is much easier when you are part of a group of likeminded individuals with access to a Registered Nutritionist and Health Coach. Ask questions throughout and share your experiences!
