The Detox Programme is designed to support the body’s natural detox processes and will support anyone that wants to lose weight, rebalance their hormones, reduce inflammation, sleep better, improve their skin, or just clean up their eating for a while. The food plan cuts out inflammatory foods and is naturally low carbohydrate to support the body’s natural detox processes.
